Very poor , uncooperative, and unknowledgeable office staff. They do not know billing codes, submit them wrong to insurance, then say their “billing” person is out to lunch or on vacation no matter what time of day you call. Refused to even speak with Blue shield insurance when they called to explain the office’s error in billing.

Dr. Lina was amazing! I love her. She is very knowledgeable, kind, explains all the options. She helped me feel comfortable during a scary and stressful time. It is very clear she is concerned about the well being of her patients first and foremost. She made me feel very comfortable and helped me make a difficult decision by providing all the options and explaining them in detail. Her staff is wonderful as well, looking for the best options to meet the patient’s needs. Rare to find i. health care these days as everything seems to be at a corporate level. I would highly recommend Dr. Musleh and her team for the best care. She came highly recommended by both my husband and a very close trusted friend.

Dr. Musleh is a master of her craft and the only dentist I will ever trust again! After a horrific experience with a previous dentist who rushed a crown, broke an adjacent filling, and left me to deal with the painful aftermath of shards and damaged teeth, I was done. The trauma was so deep that I walked away from professional dental care entirely, convinced that no one would take the time to do it right. I resigned myself to a "brush, floss, and hope for the best" DIY plan, swearing I’d never sit in a dental chair again. Fast forward to finding this absolute GEM in the Newland Center: From the first call, the peace was immediate. The office is quaint and reminds me of the great dentists I had growing up in HB. Dr. Musleh salvaged two teeth I was certain were lost forever, and she performed a completely pain-free root canal with incredible speed and skill. They are also amazing advocates for patients with Medi-Cal/CalOptima, treating everyone with the highest level of dignity and care.
